What we collect

When you request a quote or contact us, we may collect:

• your name, phone number and email address
• your property address
• the pool and package you’re interested in, and any project details you choose to share
• anything else you tell us by phone, email or in person

How we use it

We use your information to review your site, prepare your quote, contact you about your enquiry, and plan and deliver your installation if you go ahead.

We won’t send you marketing unless you ask us to, and we never sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We only share your information where it’s needed to quote for, supply and install your pool:

• Newer Constructions Pty Ltd, which carries out our pool installation and building work
• Allcast Precast, the manufacturer of your pool, if you place an order
• service providers that help us run this website and receive enquiries, such as our website host and email delivery provider
• anyone we’re required or authorised to share it with by law

Finance

If you contact our finance partner, Halidon Hill Finance, you deal with them directly and their own privacy policy applies. We don’t pass your details to them.

Cookies and analytics

This website doesn’t use advertising or analytics cookies, and we don’t track your browsing.

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information (such as your IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure and running. The service-area map loads from OpenStreetMap, which receives your IP address when the map is displayed.

Storage and overseas disclosure

We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and only keep it for as long as we need it, including for our legal and record-keeping obligations.

Some of our service providers, including our website host and email delivery provider, may store or process information on servers outside Australia, such as in the United States.

Accessing or correcting your information

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by contacting us on 0419 284 511 or at admin@pplungepoolsqld.com.au.

If you have a question or concern about how we’ve handled your information, please contact us first and we’ll do our best to resolve it.
